Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in the Find Your Freedom Programme (“the Programme”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Programme Overview

Find Your Freedom is a group coaching and educational programme designed to support participants in rebuilding trust, safety, and freedom in their relationship with food and their body through somatic, trauma-informed approaches.

This Programme includes educational materials, group coaching calls, and/or related resources as outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.

The Programme is delivered for educational and supportive purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age
  2. You understand the Programme is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
  3. You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during your participation
  4. You will seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support where needed

If you have an active eating disorder requiring clinical treatment, severe psychiatric instability, or medical risk, you agree to seek appropriate professional care alongside or instead of this Programme.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment or the selected payment plan must be completed to access the Programme.

If you choose a payment plan:

  1. You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full
  2. Payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule
  3. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the Programme
  4. You remain responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation level

Payment plans are not subscriptions. They are a commitment to pay the full programme fee over time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this Programme and the immediate access to intellectual property, educational materials, and group support, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Inability or unwillingness to attend live calls
  3. Personal circumstances
  4. Lack of participation
  5. Perceived lack of results

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Access and Programme Delivery

You will receive access to Programme materials and sessions as outlined on the sales page.

Access is granted for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

The Programme facilitator reserves the right to adjust Programme structure, schedule, or delivery as needed to support the integrity of the Programme.

6. Confidentiality and Group Conduct

This Programme may involve group participation.

By joining, you agree to:

  1. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants
  2. Not share, record, or distribute personal information shared by others
  3. Participate in a respectful, non-harmful manner

The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the safety of the group. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All Programme content, including but not limited to:

  1. Videos
  2. Audio recordings
  3. Written materials
  4. Worksheets
  5. Teaching frameworks

are the intellectual property of The Food Freedom Therapist and are protected by copyright.

You may not:

  1. Share Programme materials
  2. Reproduce or distribute Programme content
  3. Teach or present Programme materials as your own

Programme content is for your personal use only.

8. Results Disclaimer

The Programme provides education, guidance, and support. Results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and many external factors.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, including recovery from binge eating or behavioural change.

Your progress is your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that The Food Freedom Therapist is not liable for:

  1. Any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation
  2. Emotional distress arising from Programme content or participation
  3. Decisions or actions taken based on Programme content

You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your wellbeing.

10. Termination

The facilitator reserves the right to remove participants who violate these Terms & Conditions or whose behaviour compromises the integrity or safety of the Programme.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The Food Freedom Therapist

You may choose to add a 60-minute private session to use at any point during the programme. 

Some people use this space to explore their personal binge eating pattern more closely. 

Others bring something that feels difficult to share in the group. 

Some simply value having individual support alongside the group process. 

This session allows us to work directly with your nervous system, your history, and your specific experience in a more personal way. 

This is completely optional. If you book now, you can save £100

Find Your Freedom

A 6 month online somatic group programme for binge eating recovery.

A supportive place to stop fighting yourself around food  and  build the safety, capacity, and support your body needs for binge eating to stop

Over the 6 months together in Find Your Freedom, you will learn how to:

  • Trust your body and respond to its needs, without depending on food for relief.
  • Understand what binge urges are actually made of, and how they move through the body.
  • Work with urgency and cravings without fighting them or feeling controlled by them.
  • Build capacity for emotion and sensation, so that food is no longer the only place those experiences can go.
  • Understand how food directly impacts your nervous system, and how to support your body more consciously.
  • Feel safer expressing your boundaries and needs, so that you are no longer people-pleasing your way through life.
  • Reduce shame through safe witnessing, co-regulation, and being met in relationship.
  • Build a relationship with food that isn’t loaded with fear, rules, or rebellion.

Most of us grew up overriding the body, ignoring it, or feeling unsafe inside it. In this space, you will learn how to relate to your body differently.
